About

I am a designer-maker who experiments with material, form and process.  Much of my work is inspired by the beauty and intricacy of nature on a macro level.  Some works are inspired by fire.

I am a qualified carpenter/joiner, silversmith, metalworker, teacher and wine snob.  I sculpt, design and make furniture and spin fire.

I have taught Mathematics, French and English and for the last 12 years I have taught Design & Technology upto A level and been head of Design & Technology at the UK’s foremost Preparatory school.
